Rolf Kjærstad

Rolf Kjærstad currently serves as Kommunestyrerepresentant for Bjørnafjorden kommune (2023-2027) and as Chief Executive Officer at Bjørnafjorden IT since May 2023. Rolf has extensive experience in the IT sector, having held leadership positions such as Team Lead and Service Delivery Manager at Iver Norge from 2018 to 2021, and as Managing Partner at Shyer AS from June 2021 to June 2023. Rolf also acted as CEO of November IT from 2012 to 2020, and has contributed to various roles in technical consulting and account management across several companies including EVRY ASA, Firstpoint AS, and NextGenTel. Rolf has been involved in examining ICT students for Vestland fylkeskommune since June 2014 and chaired the Board for Eierseksjonssameiet Michael Krohns gate 8 from 2014 to 2015. Rolf holds an apprenticeship in Information Technology from IKT-Servicefag.
