Conor Daly

Conor Daly is SVP, General Counsel of Vestmark, responsible for all legal, compliance and regulatory matters related to Vestmark's operations. Conor joined Vestmark in 2019 as VP, Legal and was responsible for creating Vestmark’s legal and compliance function. His experience at Vestmark has covered corporate governance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, legal and regulatory compliance, intellectual property management, commercial contracting, real estate, litigation management, employment, and risk management.

Prior to joining Vestmark, Conor spent over four years at Akamai Technologies, Inc. where he held significant roles in the company’s legal department focusing on corporate governance, SEC compliance and M&A and finance transactions. Earlier in his career, he spent over eight years at two large global law firms focusing on corporate and strategic business transactions.

Conor received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and a B.A. in political science from the University of Pennsylvania.
