Marte Walle-Hansen

Marte Walle-Hansen is a dedicated medical professional with extensive experience in internal medicine and research. Currently serving as a PhD Fellow at the Department of Medical Research Bærum Hospital since June 2021 and as an Internal Medicine Physician at Vestre Viken HF, Bærum Hospital since March 2018, Marte is focusing on the long-term consequences of COVID-19. Prior roles include Junior Resident at the University of Oslo and Research Fellow at both the Antibiotic Centre for Primary Care and the Department of Cardiology at Oslo University Hospital. Marte also gained experience as a business analyst intern at McKinsey & Company. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Preventive Cerebrovascular Disease from the University of Oslo, and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the same institution, complemented by studies at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
