Kian Rafia

Kian Rafia possesses extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer, and Head of Vestwell Advisors at Vestwell since May 2024. Previously, Kian founded Pardis, a pro-bono financial advisory firm for active-duty military personnel, from January 2019 to June 2024. Kian has held key roles at AssetMark as Sr. Managing Director for Enterprise Sales and Distribution and as SVP of Strategic Accounts at d1g1t Inc. Additional positions include EVP of Advisor Solutions at Morningstar, Senior VP of Wealth Management at Independent Financial Group, and Vice President roles at both Cetera Financial Group and LPL Financial Services. Kian's career began at PwC as a Senior Associate, following a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
