Brad Jonesberg

Brad Jonesberg grew up on Long Island, New York, and attended Boston University’s College of Communications, studying journalism and mass communications. He built his customer service skills in retail and business-to-business sales before transitioning into the pet health industry at a small animal practice in Philadelphia. As the client relations manager, he spent nearly 5 years focused on creating an excellent and complete client experience, managing the CSR team and all client-facing communications, including the practice’s website, social media, and more.
