Cliff Gandy

Cliff Gandy has a diverse work experience in the technology and public safety sectors. Cliff has held various roles such as Chief Executive Officer, Vice President / CIO, Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Operations and Delivery, CEO, President, and Senior Director of Federal/ DOD Services and Solutions. With a focus on project management, implementation, and support, Cliff has demonstrated expertise in areas such as CAD, Mobile, RMS, GIS, and database management. Cliff has been involved in the growth and development of staff, expanding and securing new business, and managing project portfolios. Cliff's work experience includes positions at Veteran Enterprise Solutions Inc., E-9 Corporation, PSAP Services, VetsAmerica Business Consulting Inc., InterAct Public Safety, Intergraph, Positron Inc. / Intrado, IPC / Positron, and PlantCML.

Cliff Gandy attended Portland State University from 1996 to 1998 where they studied Criminal Justice. Cliff also has additional certifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) obtained in 2020, DIACAP obtained in 2012, and IAT1.
