Astride Dossous has been working in the customer service and recruitment industry since 2010. Astride began their career as a Manager at Taco Bell in 2010. In 2016, they moved on to Chick-fil-A-Franchise as a Team Leader and Team Trainer, where they were responsible for ensuring a customer friendly environment and executing operational excellence. In 2017, they became a Dining Room Manager at Bridge Senior Living, where they were responsible for providing a quality dining experience for the residents and their guests. In 2020, they were a Customer Care Specialist at Swift Health Medical Group, where they provided 24/7 online patient consulting pertaining to COVID-19. In 2018, they joined VeteraNetwork - Non Profit - Technical Skills Training as a Technical Recruiter/Project Coordinator, where they assisted in selecting specific military candidates for talent development projects in the cloud industry. Astride currently works at Thompson Technologies as a Technical Recruiter, where they serve as an Account Coordinator on the Chick-fil-A account and manages relationships with MSP and local hiring managers.
Astride Dossous attended Burlington County Inst of Tech - Westhampton from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management. Additionally, they have obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C01) certification from A Cloud Guru | A Pluralsight Company.
