Cody Earle

Cody Earle serves as Vice President at Pitbull Shredding Solutions, a leader in blade recycling for the renewable energy sector since January 2023. In addition, Cody Earle is a Fellow at the Veterans Advanced Energy Project, focusing on empowering military veterans in advanced energy roles. Previously, Cody Earle held positions including SFS Senior Manager at Deutsche Windtechnik and Director of Business Development at Principle Services, LLC, supporting infrastructure solutions. A background in project and site management includes roles at Harvest Energy Services, NextEra Energy Resources, and Vestas. Cody Earle’s career began in the US Army as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician, providing critical support and leadership during deployments. Cody Earle holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science from Texas A&M University–Central Texas and an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Basic Badge from the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal.
