Jason McCarty

Jason McCarty has had a diverse range of work experiences in various roles and industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist at Design Interactive, Inc., where they developed test plans and implemented software quality assurance measures. In 2016, they transitioned to Nelson Engineering Co. as an Electrical Engineer, before moving to Lockheed Martin as a Program Planner. In this role, they developed and maintained schedules, performed risk analysis, and recommended corrective actions. In 2017, they worked at HealthFair as a Data Analyst, where they created performance metrics and improved sales conversions in the call center. Jason also gained experience at Siemens as a GMS DS Data Analyst, where they developed financial reports and identified cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, they worked as a Performance Improvement Project Manager at Florida Hospital, leading a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project to improve discharge processes. In 2019, they joined Respondent as a Product Operations Specialist before transitioning to freelance work in 2018. As a freelance Product Manager, they provided services to software companies and development agencies, leading projects such as developing AI/ML prototypes and mobile applications. Currently, Jason is working as a Product Manager at WeSalute, specializing in search and discovery, subscription billing, and identity verification.

Jason McCarty is an individual who obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Jason attended this university from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, Jason has acquired several certifications. Jason obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (SSGBC) certification from Florida Hospital in December 2017. Furthermore, they acquired the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in April 2022 and the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) certification from the same institution in June 2023.
