Jaclyn Metcalfe has over 15 years of experience in the IT field, currently serving as Manager of Distributed Computing Services at Veterans Affairs Canada since October 2009. Previously held roles include Team Leader of Desktop IT Operations and Acting Manager of IT Site Support, overseeing staff across Canada. Earlier experience includes positions as a Support Analyst and Remote Support Engineer at Veterans Affairs Canada, and as an IT Security Specialist and Support Technician at Service Canada. Jaclyn's educational background includes a degree in French Language from Université de Saint Anne and a degree in Business Information Technology specializing in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Holland College.
