Meagan Murray

Meagan Murray is an experienced veterinary technician with a focus on emergency and critical care, currently working at the Veterinary Emergency & Referral Group since August 2018. Previous roles include externships at the Animal Cardiology Center and The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center, where Meagan gained hands-on experience in internal medicine and cardiology. A graduate teaching assistant at Long Island University, Meagan assisted in teaching surgery courses while pursuing a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Earlier experience includes a veterinary technician role at Greenwood Veterinary Care, research assistance at Brooklyn College, and animal care at the New York Aquarium and Staten Island Zoo, demonstrating a solid foundation in animal care across various environments.
