Jessica Speas

Jessica Speas has a diverse work experience in the veterinary field. Jessica held various leadership roles in the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association, including President, Vice President, Secretary, and Past President. Jessica was also a part of the Board of Directors. Prior to that, they had significant experience at Crescenta Canada Pet Hospital, where they were a Co-Owner and Hospital Administrator. Jessica also served as Vice President at LAVMG.

Jessica Speas, CVPM, SPHR, PHRca, SHRM SCP holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained in 2009. Jessica also completed the Veterinary Management Institute at Purdue University in 2008. Additionally, they pursued studies in Human Resource Management at the University of Phoenix. Jessica has obtained various certifications including Everything DiSC® Certification, Brave Space Certificate, AVMA Workplace Wellbeing Certificate, Human-Animal Bond Certified, SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Senior Professional in Human Resources, Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM), PHRca, and SPHR.
