Michele Silverman

Michele Silverman, Chief People Officer, has nearly 20 years of combined HR and internal communications experience. Most recently, Michele led the HR organization at HearingLife, a 600-clinic hearing aid retailer, where she worked with her team to develop best-in-class people programs designed to build engagement and support employees at all levels of the company.

Before HearingLife, Michele was Vice President of Learning, Development and Internal Communications at Gold’s Gym and, prior to that, and served as an Internal Communications leader at Time Warner Cable. She has built her entire career around her passion for creating meaningful and memorable employment experiences and is excited about what the future holds for the VIP family.
