Lindsey Botsford

Lindsey Botsford is the Director of Human Resources at Veterinary Practice Partners. Lindsey has over seven years of experience in human resources, including recruitment, talent acquisition, and admissions.

Lindsey began their career as a staffing coordinator with Quantum Strategic Personnel Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating interviews and job placements for clients. Lindsey then transitioned to AmerisourceBergen, where they worked as a talent acquisition specialist.

In 2012, Lindsey joined K2 Partnering Solutions as an ERP/CRM recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for the company. Lindsey then transitioned to Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, where they worked as an admissions representative.

In their current role as Director of Human Resources at Veterinary Practice Partners, Lindsey is responsible for all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.

Lindsey Botsford has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Advocacy and Environmental Justice from the University of Redlands. Lindsey also studied abroad in Barcelona, where they focused on cross cultural studies, Spanish, and environmental justice.
