Render Dahiya

Render Dahiya has held various leadership roles in the corporate world since 1987. In that year, they were appointed Senior Vice President and Founding Partner of Kinko's, and was elected to the company's inaugural Board of Directors. In 2003, they were promoted to Senior Vice President, General Manager, and Corporate Officer of FedEx Kinko's. In 2005, they were recruited by private equity investors to become Executive Vice President and General Manager of Dealers at Culligan International, where they reversed a 5-year negative sales trend and increased profits by 23%. In 2007, they were recruited by a private equity investor-led Board to become CEO, President, and Board Member of Arroweye Solutions, where they grew the business to 3 locations and 250+ employees. In 2020, they became President of Vetnique Labs®, a leader in the animal health industry with a focus on innovative supplements and grooming products for pets. Render currently serves as a Board Member at Circle Urban Ministries and Sunshine Enterprises.

Render Dahiya received a BS in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School between 1983 and 1987. Render then went on to complete the Kinko's Executive Program in Leadership Development at the University of California at Santa Barbara between 1992 and 1995.
