James Stevens

James Stevens has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. James recently joined VETRO FiberMap as a Product and Processes Documentation Specialist. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Support Representative at the same company. James also served as an Academic Advisor III and Program Coordinator at the University of Montana for a decade. James volunteered as an Urban Tree Canopy Assessment Volunteer at the City of Missoula. Additionally, they had experience as a Customer Service Representative at The Bookstore at the University of Montana. Earlier in their career, James worked as a Student Coordinator/Senior Admissions Coordinator at Kaplan University and as a Records Technician II at the University of Maine. James also had an internship as a Technical Writing Intern/Administrative Aide at the University of Maine.

James Stevens earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from the University of Maine from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed undergraduate coursework in Biology and English at the University of Southern Maine from 2003 to 2005. From 2012 to 2015, James pursued a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree with a focus on Public Administration at the University of Montana. James then obtained a Certificate in GIS Sciences and Technologies from the same university, completing the program from 2016 to 2017. James further expanded their knowledge in 2014 by completing an online coursework in Sabermetrics at Boston University. In 2021, they pursued a Certificate in UX Design through Coursera, specifically in association with Google.
