Joshua Komusin

Joshua Komusin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Joshua is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer, Lead at VETRO FiberMap® since May 2021.

Prior to their current role, they worked at Blackhawk Network from 2017 to 2022, holding various positions including Software Engineering Consultant, Senior Software Engineering Manager, Software Engineering Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer.

From 2014 to 2017, Joshua worked at CashStar as a Software Engineer.

Joshua also has experience as a Programmer Analyst at Unum from 2012 to 2014, where they were involved in gathering requirements, prototyping, and iterating on C#. NET applications, and designing and implementing WCF web services.

In 2010 and 2012, they worked at ASAP Media Services as a Developer, where they played a key role in developing spatial data visualization applications, creating a scalable portfolio management system, and consulting with clients from different sectors for various projects.

In 2011, Joshua interned at Unum as an Application Managed Services Intern, where they learned Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and worked on upgrading existing jobs and implementing new data flow tasks. Joshua also presented on the potential for mobile applications to enhance the customer experience.

Joshua Komusin attended the University of Maine from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
