Kyle Schneider's work experience spans over a decade, starting from 2007 with EMC as a Lab Technician. Kyle assisted the engineering team in configuring and testing products and performed wiring for the lab network. Kyle then joined Iomega in 2009, where they held various roles such as Computer Lab Manager, Junior Technical Writer, and Quality Assurance. In these positions, they managed executive briefings, VMware ESX servers, and coordinated lab moves.

In 2012, Schneider transitioned to LENOVOEMC PRODUCTS USA, LLC, where they served as a Junior Technical Writer and later became a Data Center Manager. Kyle created documentation guides, designed office suites and product showrooms, and maintained production server rooms.

From 2014 to 2019, they worked as an Engineering Partner Manager at Red Hat. Kyle focused on strengthening partner alliances, enhancing bug tracking systems, and facilitating communication between partners and the company.

Schneider continued their career as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Connectbase from 2020 to 2022. Kyle engaged with customers, facilitated knowledge transfer, and prepared new customer instances.

Kyle then joined Heymarket in 2022 as a Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role, they expedited self-sufficiency with a business texting platform, simplified CRM integration documentation, and analyzed customer needs to establish trust in the solution.

Currently, Schneider is a Senior Partner Success Manager at Simplr, where they oversee partner success strategies.

Most recently, they will be joining VETRO, Inc. as a Senior Customer Success Manager starting in April 2023.

Kyle Schneider has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Framingham State University. Kyle also obtained a certification as a Red Hat Certified System Administrator in Red Hat OpenStack from Red Hat in January 2015.
