Chamara Hettiarachchi

Chamara Hettiarachchi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and business analysis, currently serving as a Product Owner at Vetstoria since January 2023. Prior to this role, Chamara was a Senior Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Team Lead at Unicorn Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd, where responsibilities included eliciting requirements for customer-focused solutions. Chamara's earlier experience includes a role as Functional Specialist at FreeBalance, contributing to the ADB funded ITMIS project for the Sri Lankan Ministry of Finance, and a position as Financial Analyst at Goodhope Asia Holdings Ltd, focusing on project implementation and Oracle Hyperion support. Additionally, Chamara worked as a Solutions Architect at Pership Group, managing corporate finance risk and system audits, and began a career as an Accounts Trainee at EY, conducting financial audits and risk assessments. Chamara holds an ACMA in Accounting and Business/Management from CIMA and a PGD in Information Technology from BCS Sri Lanka Region.
