Jack Montroy

Jack Montroy is an experienced executive search consultant currently at Vetted Solutions since February 2024, specializing in the leadership needs of the association, nonprofit, hospitality, and destination-marketing industries. Previously, Jack served as an executive search associate at Ferguson Partners, where the focus was on executive and Board recruitment across various sectors globally. Jack's recruitment expertise was further honed at Real Staffing, where a specialization in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance within the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industry was developed. Prior to these roles, Jack held positions in sales and management at Chicago Helicopter Experience and Power Distributing, as well as an educational role as a National Park Ranger with the National Park Service. Jack holds a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Central Michigan University.
