Halka Steiper

Halka Steiper has extensive work experience, starting as a Lawyer in a Law Firm in 1998. In 1998, they joined Microsoft as an HR Generalist and worked their way up to become a Senior HR Business Partner. Halka was responsible for consulting the leadership team and managing operational HR management aspects. In 2007, they became the Manager of the HR Business Partner Team at Microsoft. From 2009 to 2013, they held the position of Head of HR Business Partner, HR Operations and Compensation&Benefits.

In 2013, Halka joined Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH as the Head of HR (HQs)/HR Business Leader. In this role, they had various responsibilities including strategic and operational HR for the European Headquarter, leading a team of HR managers, driving company culture change projects, and implementing performance and talent management programs. Halka also worked on recruiting, employer branding, leadership development, and negotiating with labor committees.

In 2017, Halka joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as the Cluster HR Senior Director Germany and Austria/Head of HR. Halka held this position until 2023. Finally, in 2023, they joined Vetter Pharma as the SVP HR, Corporate Branding & Communication.

Halka Steiper obtained a Staatsexamen (MBA) degree in Law from the University of Regensburg from 1991 to 1997. In 2016 to 2017, they attended DieCoachingAkademie and was admitted by DBVC, focusing their studies in Coaching.
