Lauren Dickie

Lauren Dickie has extensive experience in financial operations and project management, currently serving as FinOps Leader at Cloudreach since June 2019, following roles as Core FinOps Analyst and Associate FinOps Analyst. Prior to this, Lauren worked at Michelin from November 2014 to May 2019 as HR Project Manager, where significant projects included overseeing a large-scale employment termination process and implementing a career development program. Lauren also held the position of Continuous Improvement Engineer at Michelin, focusing on productivity gains through Lean Manufacturing practices. Earlier experience includes an analytical placement at Almac Group, where testing and validation of pharmaceutical products were conducted, and roles at Starbucks and Ythan Hotel. Lauren holds a Master of Chemistry (MChem) from the University of Strathclyde.
