Alim is currently the Group Head of Finance Control and Business Development Department at Veyseloglu Group of Companies, where they oversee reporting, finance control, investment valuation feasibility analysis, and liquidity management. Alim also manages the relationship with finance organizations and coordinates external auditing of financial statements. In addition, Babayev holds the role of Group Head of Business Development at Veyseloglu Group, where they perform feasibility and profitability analysis of investment projects, manages optimization projects, and develops control and risk management frameworks.

Prior to their current roles, Babayev worked as an ACCA Tutor at BRIDGE Academy and Barattson, where they provided tutoring services for ACCA exams. Alim also has experience as a Senior Internal Auditor at SOCAR AQS, where they conducted internal audits.
