Jørgen Hansen is currently the Lead Quantitative Analyst for EU Carbon Analysis at Veyt, focusing on fundamental and price modeling in the EU carbon space. Prior to this role, Jørgen served as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at Insight by Volue and held positions as a Senior Analyst at Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters, specializing in power and carbon market modeling. Jørgen earned both a Master of Science and a PhD in Experimental Particle Physics from the University of Oslo. Their extensive experience includes market analysis, price prediction, and the development of complex modeling frameworks across various power markets.
