Prior to this role, Kristi held the position of Human Resources Director at PennEngineering®, leading HR strategy to enhance team performance and organizational effectiveness. Kristi's extensive background includes roles as Head of Human Resources at Revere Plastics Systems, LLC, Link Engineering Company, and Daifuku America, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR direction across various functional areas. Additional experience includes positions at RevSpring, Humana, Innatech, LLC, and N.S. International, Ltd, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development. Kristi holds a Master's degree in Management from Walsh College and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development from Oakland University.
