Kale Bogdanovs has over 14 years of work experience in various roles. In 2007, they began working as a Product Manager / Project Officer for the Australian Government. In 2014, they became a Technical Writer for Smartling. In 2017, they moved to mParticle, where they held the roles of Sr Product Marketing Manager and Technical Writer. In 2021, they became a Sr. Outbound Product Manager for Workato. Currently, they are a Product Marketing professional at Veza.

Kale Bogdanovs attended The University of Western Australia from 2002 to 2005, where they received a Bachelor of Arts with Honours (B.A. Hons.) degree in Political Science and Philosophy.
