Ritu Chawla

Ritu Chawla has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning over several years. Ritu currently holds the position of Regional HR Head - South Asia at VFS Global Services Pvt Ltd, a role they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, Ritu served as the Head of Human Resources at Reliance Ritu Kumar from July 2019 to April 2023.

Before joining Reliance Ritu Kumar, Ritu held various roles at Marks and Spencer. Ritu served as an HR Business Partner Head from October 2017 to July 2019, a General Manager HRBP Retail from August 2015 to September 2017, a Regional HR Business Partner - West & South from April 2012 to July 2015, and a Manager HR from September 2010 to March 2012.

Ritu also worked at MSD Pharmaceuticals as an HR Business Partner from June 2008 to September 2010 and at Sanofi Pasteur as an HR Executive from July 2007 to June 2008. Ritu began their career as an Assistant HR at Amway India Enterprises in 2006.

Ritu Chawla holds a Post Graduation Certification in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, which they completed in 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a PGDBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2002 to 2004. Their educational journey began with a B.com degree from Delhi University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2002.
