Bapsy Dastur

Bapsy Dastur currently serves as General Counsel and Head of Corporate Risk, Compliance & Legal at VFS Global since April 2020, leading legal efforts for the world's largest visa outsourcing and technology services firm. Previous experience includes General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at Stolt-Nielsen Limited, where Bapsy managed legal matters for a leading transportation solutions provider, and General Counsel for ABB, overseeing legal and compliance across India, the Middle East, and Africa. Bapsy has also held significant roles at GE, including General Counsel for multiple regions and leading complex transactions and legal structures for GE Energy. Additional earlier positions include work in legal and compliance at Max Life Insurance, ANZ, and GE Capital, with an established foundation in law as a solicitor at Little & Co. Bapsy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Sydenham College.
