Sriram Narayan

Sriram Narayan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and commercial services within the global outsourcing and technology sector for governments. Currently the Chief Operating Officer - Commercial Services at VFS Global since April 2014, Sriram oversees quality, information services, and security for over 2,800 visa application centers across 141 countries. Previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for Australasia, managing operations across 17 countries. Prior to VFS Global, Sriram spent nearly two decades at British Airways in various managerial roles, contributing to significant revenue growth and operational enhancements in South Asia. Educational credentials include a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
