Aaron Packer

Aaron Packer has a diverse work experience. Aaron began their career as a Field Support Engineer at McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd in November 2015, where they worked until August 2018. Aaron then joined Forth Ports Limited as a Senior Technical Support Engineer in September 2018, and later took on the role of Deputy IT Help Desk & Technical Support Manager from September 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they are working as an IT Support Manager at VFX Financial since February 2023.

Aaron Packer attended City of Glasgow College from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained an HND degree in Computer Networking and Internet Technology. In addition to their college education, Aaron has also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from QA. In 2019, they earned the APM Project Management Qualification from the Association for Project Management. In 2020, they obtained the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management from ILM. Lastly, in June 2022, they obtained the Managing Safely certification from IOSH.
