Shauna Grinke, MBA, CPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of People and Organizational Effectiveness at VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation since June 2023. Previously, Shauna held the position of Vice President of People and Culture at Western Wealth Capital, where responsibilities included developing HR processes for business scalability.
