We have an exciting opportunity to join our Technology team in Sydney and are currently looking for a Head of IT Services to join the team. 

As the Head of IT Services, you'll lead VGW's global IT team, driving innovation in our technical operations and projects, while ensuring our IT infrastructure remains secure and efficient.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading VGW's IT Services department globally, overseeing technical operations, IT projects, the IT Service Desk and ensuring our IT infrastructure is secure and efficient
• Ensure the security of systems and data, manage risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective IT operations and disaster recovery planning
• Develop and oversee the IT budget, strategise on resource allocation, and work with senior stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business goals
• Continuously enhance processes and technology by implementing and analysing performance metrics, feedback, and data to ensure IT Services align with business needs

What you will bring to the role:

• You have proven expertise in leading technology teams and overseeing significant IT projects
• You have comprehensive knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including MAC systems, security, network and systems administration
• You are an exceptional leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels across an organisation 
• You are a strategic thinker with excellent decision-making skills and a knack for problem-solving
