HR Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Operations team in Manila and are currently looking for an HR Administrator to join the team.

As the HR Administrator you will provide overall support to all HRIS (Bamboo HR) users. Update changes in the HR system e.g., movement, onboarding, offboarding. Provide periodic/ad hoc meaningful reports and analysis. Support other processes in People Operations such as but not limited to administration of contractor perks, fees, contracts and acquisition. Own other administrative deliverables as directed by the People Operations Manager, Philippines.  

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the contractor information system and ensure the completion of accuracy of data
  • Provide support via chat/email/phone to information system users in a timely manner
  • Build a Knowledge Base of incidents or scenarios for reference and improvement
  • Participate in the setup, testing and implementation of new processes, functionality, and upgrades
  • Deliver reporting and analytics in a timely manner
  • Conduct monthly audits of data to ensure data integrity
  • Provide support in the administration of People initiatives and policies.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proven work experience in General HR or understanding of the HR processes is a must-have 
  • Exposure in Service Desk or Shared Services is preferred 
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ticketing systems are advantageous
  • Exposure in supporting a global team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Working Conditions/Arrangement

  • 12-month contract
  • Remote set-up (but might be asked to report onsite once every quarter, the office is located in BGC Taguig)
  • 20 Leave credits (half are convertible to cash if not used)
  • Competitive pay
