Kim Wood is an experienced HR professional specializing in remuneration, benefits, and people capability. Currently serving as the Remuneration & Benefits Manager at VGW since July 2022, Kim has previously held significant roles including Head of People & Capability at Calibre and Senior People & Capability Business Partner at Austal Ships. A background in providing strategic HR advisory services across various sectors, including mining and infrastructure, has equipped Kim with expertise in HR strategy, policy application, performance management, and staff attraction. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Curtin University, Kim has developed a comprehensive skill set through diverse roles in HR, recruitment, and operational management over the past two decades.
