Adam Benn

Adam Benn serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at VHA Home HealthCare, focusing on developing and implementing strategies that enhance organizational practices in these areas. In addition, Adam holds a faculty position and manages the Centre for Human Rights, Equity & Diversity at Humber College, where responsibilities include managing equity and diversity education and compliance with accessibility legislation. As a facilitator and motivational speaker at Positive Gear and owner of Body by Benn Fitness, Adam promotes holistic well-being and healthy relationships. Previous roles include managing LGBT2SQ community programs at Sherbourne Health Centre and serving as a personal trainer and support worker in various educational and community settings. Adam's educational background includes a Master of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, a Master's in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University, and an Honours BA in Peace Studies and Anthropology from McMaster University. Additionally, Adam is pursuing a certificate in Intermediate French at the University of Waterloo.
