Jacklyn Baljit

Jacklyn Baljit currently serves as a Project Manager at VHA Home HealthCare since March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Supervisor of the Communicable Disease Liaison Unit at the City of Toronto, where Jacklyn led a team of eight, focusing on innovation and quality improvement. As Clinical Program Lead at Ontario Health from May 2012 to June 2020, Jacklyn managed projects aimed at transforming Home and Community Care programs. Previous experience encompasses a position as Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at William Osler Health System and as Home Health Care Coordinator at Central Community Care Access Centre. Jacklyn holds a Master of Science in Nursing from York University.
