Sam Kwan

Sam Kwan, MHA, BHA, BA, CHE, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications and Digital Products at VHA Home HealthCare since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sam held various leadership positions at Carefirst Seniors and Community Services Association from August 2020 to May 2023, including Director of Client Care & Development and Director of Innovation and Development. Sam's extensive experience at VHA Home HealthCare from October 2010 to August 2020 encompassed roles such as Regional Supervisor and New Programs Lead, as well as Service Supervisor for Community Support Programs. Academic credentials include a Master of Health Administration in Community Care and a Bachelor of Health Administration in Health Services Management from Ryerson University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University.
