Andrea Bell, MS has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in physician recruitment and HR management. Andrea most recently worked as the Director of Physician Services Recruitment at Virginia Hospital Center. Before that, they held various roles at Inova Health System, including Manager of IMG Staff and Physician Recruitment, where they oversaw the recruitment process and developed retention strategies. Prior to that, they worked at ACA-Connect as the Manager of HR & Recruitment, where they identified and filled positions in various industries and managed HR functions. Andrea also worked as a Recruiter with a focus on the nonprofit sector. Earlier in their career, Andrea worked as a Natural Healthcare Practitioner and Patient Coordinator at the Washington Institute of Natural Medicine, where they created treatment plans and provided holistic healthcare services.
Andrea Bell holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Training and Development from Amberton University, which they obtained between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, in 2020, they attended Harvard University to study Contract Law. In 2008, Andrea completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
