Erin Swiatocha, MPH, PMP has a strong background in business intelligence and integration, as well as clinical and business intelligence. Erin served as the Director of Business Intelligence and Integration at Virginia Hospital Center, where they focused on optimizing data management and supporting the organization in adopting value-based payment models. Erin completed their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Health Finance and Management and Global Health. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the Transatlantic Masters Program in Political Science from 2005 to 2006. Erin earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Government from William & Mary from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their educational achievements, Erin has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Erin became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Managment Institute (PMI) in 2009. Erin also holds certifications such as Certified in Public Health (CPH) from the National Board of Public Health Examiners (NBPHE) in 2012 and Epic Cogito Project Manager from Epic in 2017. Erin has a range of skills beyond their academic qualifications, including being a Certified Running Coach through the Road Runners Club of America in 2014. Erin continues to expand their knowledge with additional certifications, including Health Equity Research & Practice: Local & Global Lessons from Coursera (obtained in 2023).
