Rafia Chaudhary holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Virginia Tech. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager for Outpatient Surgery & Rehab at VHC Health, Rafia has played a vital role in the development of a state-of-the-art outpatient facility and the transition to a Workday cloud system. Prior experience includes a tenure as Operations Leader at One Medical, where Rafia improved vaccination distribution and patient flow efficiency, and as Inventory Specialist, where national SOPs were created for inventory management. Earlier experience includes working as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health.
