Michelle de la Cruz

Michelle De La Cruz is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in advocacy, education, and law. Currently serving as a Manufactured Housing Fellow at the Virginia Poverty Law Center, Michelle supports advocacy and policy efforts for residents in manufactured home parks. Additional experience includes roles as an Operations Fellow at Virginia Housing and a Financial Aid Counselor III at Virginia Commonwealth University. Michelle's commitment to community service is highlighted through work as a College Adviser with AmeriCorps and leadership as Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee at Virginia College Advising Corps. Educational credentials include an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Roanoke College, complemented by international studies at Vesalius College.
