Gianna Bellavia-Johnston is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in employee relations and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Employee Relations at Vi since October 2019, Gianna has previously held various HR roles at DePaul University from August 2002 to October 2019, including Employee Relations & Engagement Specialist and Administrator for numerous operational tasks.
