Jill Rogers

Jill Rogers, PhD, RN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jill started their career at Rush University Medical Center as a Practitioner-Teacher in the College of Nursing from 1991 to 1994. Jill then moved on to Rush North Shore Medical Center, where they served as a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and Director of Geriatric Programs from 1995 to 1996. Jill later became the Assistant Vice President of Patient Care Services at the same organization from 1996 to 2005. Afterward, they joined Loyola University Health System as an Associate Chief Nurse Executive from 2005 to 2007. Subsequently, they worked at Northwestern Memorial Hospital as the Director of Professional Practice & Development from 2007 to 2013, with a brief period as the Interim Director of Oncology Nursing in 2011. Currently, Jill holds the position of Vice President of Resident Care at Vi, a role they have held since November 2013.

Jill Rogers, PhD, RN has an extensive education history in the field of nursing. Jill pursued their PhD in Nursing Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago from 1989 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained their MSN in Gerontological Nursing from Michigan State University. Jill also holds an AD degree in Nursing from Prairie State College.
