Renee Fath

Renee Fath is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations and talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Operations and Talent at Vi since March 2020, Renee leads teams focused on HR Technology/Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Development, and Communications, driving initiatives to attract and retain talent. Prior to this role, Renee held various HR positions at CNA Insurance, culminating in the role of Human Resources Director, supporting a large workforce and managing complex employee relations issues. Renee's legal background includes work as a Contract Attorney and Law Clerk, with a Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University.
