Douglas Wopicho

Douglas Wopicho is an experienced professional currently serving as a Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning (PMERL) Officer at Vi-skogen/Vi Agroforestry since October 2023. Wopicho co-founded Deagro Farms in February 2021, focusing on improving access to impactful farm inputs for smallholder farmers. Previous roles include Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer at CRS -CTWWC, Co-Founder and Program Administrator at KESHO RURAL ECOFARM, Project Officer at WORLD COMP KENYA RELIEF INTERNATIONAL, and Project Assistant for the FLOWERED project at the University of Eldoret. Additional experience includes positions as Associate Consultant at Excellent Operations Consultants and the Ministry of Mining, and GIS Technician. Wopicho holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Egerton University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Environmental Studies (Hydrology) at the University of Eldoret.
