Laurie Wells

Laurie Wells is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information services and software quality assurance. Currently serving as the Manager of Information Services at VIA Metropolitan Transit since October 2019, Laurie previously worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at root9B, where responsibilities included establishing software quality assurance programs. Earlier roles included Director of Analysis and Delivery at Trinity Millennium Group, overseeing operations for a team of over 50 staff members, and various positions at Bank of America focusing on information services. Laurie began a career at San Antonio Water System as a DBS Team Lead, managing applications and leading special projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the University of the Incarnate Word and a High School Diploma from Incarnate Word High School.
