Public Engagement and Communications

The Public Engagement and Communications team at VIA Metropolitan Transit develops and implements strategies to effectively inform, engage, and build relationships with the community, businesses, and stakeholders. They manage public relations, craft messaging, and facilitate outreach initiatives to enhance community awareness and support for VIA's transportation services and projects.
