Lee Oliver-Morley has extensive work experience in creative and visual merchandising. Lee is currently the Group Creative & VM Director at VIA OUTLETS since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Creative & VM at BatPig Creative from April 2017 to March 2021, where they led the creative strategy for digital platform branding on a global scale. Lee has also worked at Marks and Spencer, where they held various roles such as Global Head of Creative & Visual Merchandising, Head of International Visual Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising & Product Presentation Manager (Womenswear). During their time at Marks and Spencer, they were responsible for driving the creative direction, developing customer journeys, and managing visual propositions for global campaigns, international store openings, and the Womenswear vertical. Lee also played a key role in the successful launch of Indigo, the biggest casual wear launched at Marks and Spencer at the time.

Lee Oliver-Morley attended Northumbria University from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in International Business Studies & Spanish.
