Timothy Chen

Timothy Chen serves as the Head of Sales and Marketing at VIA Technologies, Inc. since January 1997. In addition, Timothy is an IEOR Advisory Board Member at UC Berkeley College of Engineering since 2017. Previous roles include China Fellow at The Aspen Institute from 2017 to 2019 and Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum from 2011 to 2016. Timothy holds a Bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley College of Engineering (1992-1996) and has completed the Draper Hills Summer Fellows program at Stanford University in 2021. Currently, Timothy is pursuing a Certificate for Transformative Leadership for Sustainability and Resilience at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and a Certificate of Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School at the National University of Singapore since 2014.
