Lara Moura

Lara Moura serves as the Innovation Director at Via Verde since November 2023, and has held the position of EU Expert at the European Commission since May 2014, evaluating applications for various Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programs. Prior to that, Lara Moura was the Project Manager Team Lead at A-to-Be from July 2015 to November 2023, leading software development project managers, and also held roles as Research and Innovation Director and Research and Innovation Manager within the same company, focusing on strategy development, resource management, and project execution. As the Managing Director and Co-founder of Occam from May 2007 to June 2016, Lara Moura contributed to company leadership. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Transport and Environmental Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and various executive education programs.
